About

This blog is based on information that every Arlington Virginia parent should know.  The information is gathered from various sources, seeking to bring to light the good, the bad and the ugly about child protection services and other services relating to children in Arlington, Virginia.  It is only through exposure of its problems that the problems will be corrected.  Many of these problems have been going on for years, and the secrecy of the process has allowed them to continue — causing Arlington’s children and parents to suffer.

The source of the problem is that the Arlington politicians (Arlington County Board , and the Arlington delegations to Richmond and Washington DC) who are responsible for the problem agencies and courts have been tone-deaf to their problems and mismanagement.  Maybe now they will listen — or they should be voted out.

Thank you for your tips.

Unbelievable. In all communities such abuse is spreading. It started during slavery and original founding of America (abuse of Native and black children) and has now spread to the anglo/white community. We need to all come together.

What is the status of the class action lawsuit against Arlington County CPS. I’m currently leaving and working overseas and our family is still trying to rebound from what CPS and the court system did to us 2009/2010. We were falsely accused of abusing our 3 1/2 month old baby girl–she had no scares or bruising. We found out, in 2009, my husband had Osteogenesisi Imperfecta Type I; I had to get a bone biopsy overseas in order to confirm that she infect does have OI. Only then was I able to get proper medical help for her.

I have a video for your website if you are interested. Judge ESther Wiggins: Judicial Review. I received a letter from Richmond Virginia stating that they received my complaint, and all the exhibits. I doubt anything will come of it, but we do the best we can for our children

The insanity continues into 2013 with a case of removing kids from out of the state of Virginia and bringing them into Virginia, only to put them in foster care.

Yep, that’s right it happened earlier this year thanks to the Family Court Judges of Arlington County. And the kids are still in foster care!

So you’d think that the parents must have tried to flee the state or run away with their kids?
REASON: The mom wasn’t watching when the child was sleeping. (she was attending to another child 50 feet away) Yep that’s it. they call it a fancy word “inadequate supervision” and then make up all sorts of fake circumstances to get at that Federal Dollar.

So the Dad takes the kids to visit his Dad in PR and BAM! Arlington CPS grabs the kids, shoves them on a airplane and brings them back to Virginia locks them up in foster care.

That sure must have been someone’s biggest commission of the year! Maybe the GAL?

    Corruption at it’s finest.
