The Arlington Circuit court calendar lists a hearing for tomorrow at 10 AM (December 28, 2012) in Court Room 10A, the Motion to rule on the Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus. (Ashlie and Delores Heffernan v Arlington Department of Human Services, Case CL12002170-00).

Petition for Writ of Mandamus Filed by the Maryland Circuit Court Appointed Guardian of Ashlie on September 4, 2012, Case No. 12-2170

As you may remember, Ashlie’s Maryland Circuit Court appointed guardian filed a Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus to have Ashlie released from illegal commitment Hallmark Youthcare Richmond by Arlington County Department of Human Services – using fraudulently justified Medicaid Funds.   In its pleadings, the Arlington County Assistant Attorney Jason McCandless admitted to extensive ex parte communications with the Court, achieving extensive delays in obtaining a ruling on getting Ashlie relief.
