Old Federal Courthouse in Alexandria Virginia

A few weeks ago, this blog pointed out that a federal class action lawsuit had been brought in federal court in Alexandria Virginia against the Arlington CPS and family court for misdeeds that have been systematically occurring over the last few years.  Children have been taken away from good parents — for either profit or favors.

The Washington press has picked up the cause and lended their support to this effort to clean up the dirty underside of Arlington County.

Removing children isn’t the only thing CPS does that’s wrong! In Ports. Va. a firefighter was fraudulently charge with molesting a child. He was found not guilty and his record expunged. Under state Code for SS/CPS, and State Law they are suppose to “Stay” any action until after a pending trial, which they didn’t do, they placed him on their Registry for 3 full years, refusing to remove him after his not guilty verdict and the expungement. He took the Expungement to them, and their comment was “What is-is” and refused to removed him for 3 full years. I wrote to the Ports. Director last mo and he responded that their decision was an Adm. Hearing and had nothing to do with his criminal charges, but we have a letter from their office stating he was Founded Level III for sexual abuse of a minor and named the child, which is the only thing this man was ever charged with. I responded to the Director asking why he was on their registry if not for the Criminal Charges. You can bet I haven’t gotten an answer, and won’t. They are destroying families and individual lives. They even required his ex to sign a “Safety Plan” that she would not let their girls be around him without someone else, or they would take the children. This deprived all of them of what they had known as a normal life. Then they provided the Civil Ser Comm a report showing him on their registry after the expungement, when all records were to have been expunged, another violation of law. God help anyone that has been forced to deal with CPS in Va.

“AS LONG AS THE GOVERNMENT IS PERCEIVED AS

WORKING FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE CHILDREN,

THE PEOPLE WILL HAPPILY ENDURE ALMOST ANY

CURTAILMENT OF LIBERTY AND ALMOST ANY

    DEPRIVATION.” (Mein Kampf, Adolf Hitler)
